Luxewood Homes Inc. is a family-owned homebuilding and development company built on more than two decades of experience, hard work, and a genuine passion for building.

Our story began in 2003, when Amrik Sahota founded the family construction business. What started as his vision soon became something he would share with his son, Govender Sahota. Govender began working alongside his father at just 13 years old. Over the years, he grew up around construction—learning the business firsthand, understanding the importance of quality workmanship, building relationships with trades and professionals, and most importantly, learning his father's belief that a home should be built with the same care and pride as if it were your own.

Following Amrik's passing in 2026, Govender took the responsibility of carrying that legacy forward. The company entered its next chapter as Luxewood Homes Inc.—a new name and a renewed vision, built upon the same family values and foundation established more than 20 years earlier.

Today, Luxewood brings that experience to custom homes, signature spec homes, project management, home and land acquisition, and residential land development throughout British Columbia.

While the company continues to grow, one thing remains unchanged: we are still a family company. Every project is personal to us. We believe in being hands-on, building lasting relationships, paying attention to the details, and creating homes we are proud to put our name behind.

For us, Luxewood is more than a building company. It is the continuation of a father's vision, a son's commitment, and a family legacy being built for the next generation.
